Non Custom clothing & apparel items may be exchanged if exact product is available for exchange.  Custom ordered clothing and all equipment sales are purchased based of preorders and cannot be exchanged or returned.  Any special circumstances must be approved by management and customer will be responsible for incurred shipping costs.

All items are available for pick up at Brand New Ballgame.   We do not ship products.
